*Position: Purchasing Officer – Chinese language
*Salary: 10-15 million VND/month
*Location: L06-03, Block A, New Urban Area Dương Nội, Hà Đông, Hanoi
*Job description:
-Execute procurement of goods both domestically and internationally according to assigned plans.
-Communicate with domestic and international suppliers to obtain prices and conduct purchasing activities.
-Coordinate with relevant service providers to facilitate the delivery of goods from domestic or international suppliers to the company’s warehouse.
-Gather information on goods and relevant legal policies to facilitate the procurement process.
-Perform other tasks as required by the General Director’s Supply Planning Department.
*Requirements:
-Graduated from universities specializing in economics, foreign languages (Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Commerce University, etc.).
-Proficient in Chinese for communication during work (proficiency in English is preferred).
-Proficient in basic office computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
-Quick, well-organized, responsible, and proactive individuals.
-Experience requirement: 0-1 year (candidates without experience will be trained).
-Priority given to candidates with technical procurement or import-export experience.
